The necessary ingredients:

  3.  Half a teaspoon of salt.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  1. two teaspoons of olive oil.
  2. 1 small onion, finely chopped.
  3.  Two cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
  4. A spoon of finely chopped jalapeno.
  5. One tablespoon of tomato sauce.
  6. A tablespoon of Tabasco sauce.
  7. Three grains of grated tomatoes. 1 teaspoon of finely chopped dill.
  8. White pepper.
  9. salt.

How to prepare the dish:

  • The sauce: We heat the oil in a small saucepan, and we fry the onions inside it, along with the garlic until the onions wilt. Then we add to them the capsicum with dill and stir the mixture, then add tomato paste with the Tabasco sauce, and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Then we add tomato paste, and leave the sauce for ten minutes until it boils, taking care to stir it, until it becomes thick. With the addition of salt and pepper to taste.
  • As for the method of preparing codfish: We put the fish fillets in an oven platter and season them with salt and pepper, brush them with olive oil, then we roast the fish in the oven, which has heating the temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, for a period of ten minutes. Then pour the sauce over it and return it to the oven for ten minutes as well and serve.
