Home Remedies for Obesity
Many medicinal herbs are used to treat obesity effectively, as some
herbs increase the metabolic rate in the body and thus speed up the process of
burning fat accumulated in the body, and other types of herbs contain a high
percentage of dietary fiber that enhances the feeling of satiety and fullness
for long periods and thus reduces Amounts of meals and calories consumed, and
the following are some of the herbs used in the treatment of obesity:
Sagebrush: Soak a tablespoon of
sage in a cup of boiling water for about a quarter of an hour, then filter the
soaked and drink it twice a day before lunch and dinner.
Fennel herb: Soak three
tablespoons of fennel in a cup of boiling water for about an hour, then filter
the soaked and drink it once a day.
Chamomile with sage and
rosemary: Soak two tablespoons of each type of herbs in a cup of boiling
water for about a quarter of an hour, then filter the soaked and drink it on an
empty stomach.
Green tea: Mix green tea in
addition to pomegranate peel, ginger, and mint, and drink this mixture almost
daily.
Senna leaf: Soak a
tablespoon of senna herb in a cup of boiling water for about a quarter of an
hour, then filter the soaked and drink it three times a day.
Linum seed: Add a spoonful
of flaxseeds to skimmed yogurt or salad and eat it before eating; As this
recipe contributes to feeling full faster.
Cumin: Soak a quantity of
cumin in boiling water and add a lemon cut into rings to the mixture and leave
it soaked overnight, then filter it and drink the soaked on an empty stomach.
Ginger: Put an amount of
green ginger, juice of half a lemon, half a spoon of cumin, and mint leaves in a
cup of water and boil the water on the fire, then filter the boiled and drink
it.

It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting to consume herbs
in a large way, especially in the event of health problems, and they should be
used for limited periods and not excessive consumption, and exercise regularly
